In 2025, myleaf partnered with September to build a digital ecosystem that could support its mission of making mental wellness more accessible, more human and far less clinical. The goal was to create a calm, high performing online presence that would communicate trust, clarity and credibility while reaching the people who need it most.


About the project
My Leaf operates in a space that is often overwhelming and overly medical in tone. The challenge was to create a brand and digital journey that felt thoughtful and approachable without losing authority. The platform needed to balance education with empathy, support content growth through blogs and resources, and implement a marketing system that could drive awareness while nurturing trust. Every touchpoint had to feel personal rather than transactional, guiding users gently from curiosity to connection.
Development was centered around simplicity and structure. We delivered web design and copywriting that feel calm and clear, supported by ongoing blog content, social media direction and paid advertising. Alongside the front end experience, we built automated email flows, database segmentation and marketing assets designed to build relationships, strengthen retention and convert traffic into meaningful engagement.

My Leaf now operates with a cohesive digital foundation that supports growth while staying true to its purpose. The ecosystem drives visibility, builds trust and creates a seamless pathway for users seeking support, positioning the brand as a thoughtful and accessible voice in the wellness space.
For us at September, this project was about bringing warmth and strategy into the same conversation, proving that when wellness is presented with clarity and care, it becomes easier to find, easier to trust and easier to choose.
