In 2026, Signature Scapes partnered with September to refresh and elevate its brand for the current day. Known for delivering premium, elevated landscaping across Brisbane, the goal was to bring more clarity, modernity and accessibility to the visual identity and digital experience, matching the quality of the outdoor spaces they create.


About the project
Signature Scapes had built a reputation for creating exceptional outdoor environments, but its existing presence didn’t fully reflect the sophistication and craft behind the work. The challenge was to reshape the brand to feel premium yet accessible, build a cohesive visual identity that translated into digital spaces, and set up a foundation that could support future growth in both residential and commercial landscaping without feeling intimidating or exclusive.
Development was centred around refinement and experience. We introduced a refreshed brand direction that feels polished and timeless, paired with website design and build that highlights key services from custom landscape design to construction and maintenance. Copywriting, tone of voice and content strategy were crafted to communicate expertise with warmth, while marketing assets were developed to support ongoing engagement and enquiries that feel effortless and intuitive.

What followed was an elevation in lead quality, validating both the positioning and digital strategy. Signature Scapes now has a brand and digital platform that matches the elevated nature of the landscapes it creates. The refreshed presence strengthens its position in the market while remaining approachable to homeowners and commercial clients alike, capturing both the craft and heart of the work.
For us at September, this project was an opportunity to balance premium aesthetic with clear, human centred communication, proving that sophisticated design and accessibility can thrive together.
