In 2025, Ol’ School Garage partnered with September to bring its digital presence in line with the craftsmanship behind its classic restorations. As Brisbane’s go to for hot rods and muscle cars, the goal was to build a bold brand and high performing website that matched the precision, pride and personality poured into every build.


About the project
Ol’ School Garage had the reputation and the skill, but the existing digital presence did not reflect the scale or quality of the work. The brand needed a sharper identity, stronger messaging and a more flexible platform to support growth. The challenge was to honour the old school soul of the garage while introducing a fresh aesthetic and modern functionality that could drive enquiries, support content and grow a loyal community of car enthusiasts.
Development was centered around attitude and adaptability. We delivered brand strategy, visual identity design and tone of voice that lean into a bold, chrome inspired direction, then migrated the site from Squarespace to Wix to unlock greater flexibility and performance. Alongside the build, we implemented blog strategy, database growth, EDM campaigns and marketing assets designed to keep the engine running long after launch.

Ol’ School Garage now operates with a cohesive and confident digital presence that reflects both its heritage and its ambition. The new ecosystem supports enquiries, content marketing and long term growth, positioning the brand as a leader in classic car restoration.
For us at September, this project was about blending nostalgia with modern strategy and proving that when old school soul meets new school swagger, the result is built to last.
