Qantas is one of Australia's most recognised and trusted brands. When September's Matt joined the team at the Sydney jet base, he wasn't working on campaigns. He was deep inside the operation, making content that had to be technically flawless, culturally considered and worthy of the Qantas name.


ABOUT
Matt's work at Qantas spanned two distinct worlds. First, aviation safety and flight training at the Sydney jet base, producing highly technical training videos for emergency procedures and pilot education. The kind of work where getting it wrong is not an option. From there he moved into Brand, Corporate and Entertainment, working closely with Alan Joyce on a weekly basis to produce branded content, company stories and announcements that represented the airline at its highest level.

SCOPE
Across his time at Qantas, Matt produced everything from technical flight training content to flagship brand stories. His highlight was the Winton story, a piece of branded content that went on to feature in Qantas in-flight entertainment on domestic routes, playing after the morning news on the main cabin screens. The kind of reach most content creators never see.

SUMMARY
For September, Matt's time at Qantas represents something important. It's proof that our team has operated at the highest levels of some of Australia's most demanding brands, not just as agency partners but as insiders. When the standard has to be right, we already know what that feels like.
