Seadeck is Sydney's premier floating events venue. A luxury experience on the water that sells itself to everyone who sets foot on board. When they came to the team the challenge was clear. Make sure the digital experience feels as premium as the one they deliver.

Seadeck is more than an event. It is an experience. But the existing digital journey wasn't reflecting that level of polish. The brief was to create a seamless booking flow that reduced friction and drove conversions, while maintaining the premium aesthetic the brand had built its reputation on. Beyond the website, Seadeck needed a smarter acquisition strategy to consistently fill cruises, capture customer data and build a scalable marketing engine for ongoing growth.

The work spanned a full website redesign with a fresh visual direction and intuitive user experience, ensuring the booking process felt effortless from first click to confirmation. Alongside the build we implemented automation systems and a full funnel paid advertising strategy designed to drive qualified traffic, increase ticket sales and keep every event at capacity.

Seadeck now operates with a digital platform that matches the sophistication of the on board experience. The new system supports stronger conversions, improved data capture and consistent sell through, positioning the brand for sustained growth across future seasons.
